Privacy Policy — EZ Cash Deal

This is the privacy page for ezcashdeal.com.

This is the privacy page for ezcashdeal.com. It is a short, plain-language note for a lead form. It is not a substitute for a lawyer. Have a Connecticut attorney review it before you treat it as your official policy. I am not going to invent a corporate legal name to make this look bigger than it is. The site is ezcashdeal.com. I am Nick, the Connecticut cash buyer behind it. See about.

Questions about what you sent: call 203-889-7841 or email nick@203property.com.

What the form asks for

The offer form on this site asks for first name, last name, email, phone, property address, whether you want an email or a call, and optional notes. That is enough to look at the property and reply with a cash offer, a question, or a no.

What I use it for

I use what you send to identify the property, make or decline a cash offer, schedule a walkthrough or a closing if we go forward, and close with a Connecticut attorney if you accept. I do not sell your name, email, phone, or address as a lead list. I do not run a call-center tree that hands you to the highest bidder.

I do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank passwords, or a copy of your driver’s license through this form. Do not put those in the notes. If we get to a real close, the attorney and title work will ask for what a Connecticut closing actually requires.

Who else may see it

A message you send through the site may be stored by the form or email host I use to receive it. If we close, a Connecticut attorney, title, and payoff parties will see what they need for the sale. I may also look up public information about the address — tax card, listing history, flood map — the same way any buyer would.

How long I keep it

I keep form submissions long enough to answer you and, if we talk about a deal, long enough to finish that conversation or that close. I do not publish a fake retention schedule here. If you want your inquiry deleted and we are not in an active close, email me from the same address you used and ask.

Cookies, children, out-of-state owners

The site may use basic hosting, analytics, or form tools that set cookies. This page does not pretend to list every vendor by name. When a lawyer reviews this page, have them add the actual tools in use.

This site is for people selling real estate. It is not aimed at children. A lot of people who write in do not live in Connecticut. Same form, same use: so I can answer you about a CT property. See the FAQ on selling from out of state.

How to reach me

Call 203-889-7841, email nick@203property.com, or use the form if you have a privacy question, want a copy of what you sent, or want an inquiry removed.

For how an offer actually works: how it works. For a house in a specific town: Milford, New Haven, Hartford, Bridgeport, or sell your house.

Lawyer review

Again: this describes a small cash-buyer lead form — name, email, phone, address — on ezcashdeal.com. Have a lawyer review it, name the real processors, and fix anything that does not match how the site actually runs.
